“Refi 36” Terms and Conditions

Offer to Refinance Once Within 36 Months of Closing Date

1. Offer Overview

Stairway Mortgage (“Stairway”) offers qualified customers up to $2,500 in lender-paid credits when refinancing a first-lien purchase or refinance mortgage loan (“Mortgage Loan”) with Stairway within 36 months of the original closing date.

Eligibility begins after 180 days from the original funding date.
⚠️ Note: This offer is valid only through a Stairway Mortgage branch of NEXA Mortgage LLC and cannot be redeemed through any other NEXA Mortgage branch, team, or affiliate.

2. Covered Fees

Lender credits may be applied toward the following eligible fees:

✅ Included Fees:

  • Lender’s & Owner’s Title Insurance
  • Appraisal (including second appraisal, re-inspection, and recertification)
  • Flood Certification
  • Credit Report
  • Settlement Fees (including notary, recording, transfer taxes, government fees, deed preparation, courier, and endorsements)

❌ Excluded Fees:

  • Discount Points
  • Any cash back to the borrower

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the “Refi 36” offer, customers must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible non-permanent resident refinancing a primary residence in a state where Stairway is licensed.
  • Have closed their Mortgage Loan with Stairway between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2030.
  • Refinance their Mortgage Loan with Stairway within 36 months of the original closing date.
  • Notify their Loan Consultant before locking their refinance rate.

4. Additional Terms

  • One-Time Use: Offer is limited to one refinance transaction and may not be combined with other promotions.
  • No Cash Value: Credits apply only toward Covered Fees and cannot be exchanged for cash or exceed actual costs.
  • Subject to Approval: All applications require standard underwriting and credit approval.

Stairway Mortgage complies with all applicable federal fair lending laws and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, source of income, or rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
