Consent to Communications

By providing your contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.), you consent to receive communications from Stairway Mortgage, a Division of NEXA Mortgage LLC, and/or Jim Blackburn Mortgage Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”), as well as our agents, affiliates, and representatives. Communications may include:

  • Phone calls (including live representatives, automated dialing systems, and AI integrated systems)
  • SMS/text messages (including automated messages and AI integrated systems)
  • Emails and electronic communications
  • Ringless voicemail messages (including automated messages and AI integrated systems)

We may contact you using the information you provide or information reasonably associated with your account (e.g., caller ID, skip tracing).

Consent for SMS/Text Messaging

SMS messages may be sent through platforms such as RingCentral, SMS 360, SMS Magic, Jungo, and Salesforce. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

Opting Out of SMS Messages

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or calling (954) 993-1625. Reply HELP for more information. Opting out of SMS does not affect other forms of communication you have consented to receive.

Call Monitoring & Recording

For quality assurance and compliance, phone calls may be monitored or recorded as permitted by law. By communicating with us, you consent to such recording and monitoring.
